Exclusive, curious and very attractive pack of two famous novels by Jules Verne (1828-1905): “From the Earth to the Moon” and “Journey around the Moon”, handcrafted in leather spine with special ribs that together simulate a rocket space that points, placed in its box, at the Moon on said box.
For these modern rebindings, old copies from the beginning of the 20th century, without date, from Ediciones G.P., Barcelona, in mini-book format from their collection called “Enciclopedia flea” have been used. Texts in Spanish version by F. Javier Olondriz Raventos. Both retain the original color paperback covers.
* From the Earth to the moon. Bound in black half leather. Format 9 x 11.20 cm. 396 pages. Paper toasted by the passage of time but in very good condition.
* Travel around the Moon. Bound in white half leather. Format 9 x 11.20 cm. 396 pages. Paper with signs of age, rust stains, but in good condition.
Both presented in a box-case-sleeve lined with thematic illustrated paper and with an image of the Moon at the top. Format 10 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide and 20 cm total height (including the Moon).
