The manuscript 527 of the Municipal Library of Dijon is one of the most beautiful thanks to its 46 miniatures, in careful cursive, the quality of each of their pages, reflecting that the recipient was a lover of books, most beautiful books at a time (mid-fifteenth century) in which bibliophile hobby of kings and high French nobility produced works of art, like this codex.
Although the origin of the book is not very clear, it seems that it was done in western France during the fifteenth century, 163 folios of parchment written in two columns. The text contains the full version of the Quest or Quest of the Holy Grail, and a share of the third version of Tristan in prose.
